ABOUT US

NCB is a residential General Contracting company that specializes in high quality custom building, large scale additions, and remodeling. Our company was originally founded in 1999 under the name Ferrell & Neuhoff, Inc. by Grady Ferrell and Ken Neuhoff. The partnership continued until the retirement of Mr. Ferrell in late 2007. During the 8 years together Ken Neuhoff has benefited enormously from Mr. Ferrell’s 35+ years of custom building in the Raleigh area. Some of those lessons include quality building standards, honesty and fairness in all business dealings, and a personal approach to dealing with customers. In early 2009 Ken Neuhoff created Neuhoff Custom Builders, Inc. and has carried on all of the same values and standards that Ferrell & Neuhoff had become known for. NCB is a member in good standing with the National and Wake County Home Builders Association, Raleigh-Wake County Remodelers Council, and is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau.

Neuhoff Custom Builders belongs to the Wake County Home Builders Association Remodelers, a group of professionals serving the remodeling sector of the construction industry. Professional Remodelers™ are contractors licensed by the State of North Carolina who meet stringent guidelines for carrying insurance and possesses financial stability, and have pledged to abide by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Remodelers™ Council Code of Ethics.

Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County
As a member of the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, Neuhoff Custom Builders better represents the interest of the home builder on issues that affect affordable housing for all citizens of Wake County. The HBA has over 2,400 members and is the third largest and most active local home builders associations in the country, with a membership representing about 90 % of all housing starts in Wake County.

National Association of Home Builders
Neuhoff Custom Builders belongs to the NAHB, a trade association that helps promote the policies that make housing a national priority. Since 1942, NAHB has been serving its members, the housing industry and the public at large.
